These are the operating rules for visitors to the Pension BAŠKA VODA CZ

Observance of the operating rules

By entering the restaurant, accommodation or outdoor seating area, guests declare that they have read the operating rules and will comply with them.

By entering the restaurant, accommodation or outdoor seating area, non-accommodated guests declare that they have read the operating rules and will comply with them.

Conclusion of an accommodation contract, reservation

Accommodation provider: Pension BAŠKA VODA CZ provides temporary accommodation for an agreed period or for a period resulting from the purpose of accommodation in a facility designated for that purpose.

The guest (hereinafter referred to as the “guest”) undertakes to:

  • Pay the accommodation provider for accommodation and related services within the period specified in these accommodation regulations.

  • Comply with the operating regulations of the Pension throughout the stay.

Parking

  • FREE for accommodated guests.

  • FREE for restaurant guests during the stay.

  • 100 CZK/hour for non-accommodated guests (parking ticket must be collected at the reception).​

Reporting vehicle license plate

Upon arrival at the BAŠKA VODA CZ Pension complex, each guest is required to report the license plate (license plate) of their vehicle at the reception.​

 

How to report the license plate?

  • When checking in in person at the reception.

  • In the case of self-service accommodation, by phone or via SMS/e-mail.​

⚠️ Unreported vehicles may be marked as illegally parked and subject to measures.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00

  • Check-out: until 10:00​

Quiet period

  • Quiet period is from 22:00 to 06:00.

Diets

  • Any dietary requirements must be reported to the staff upon check-in.

  • We prepare dietary meals only after agreement with the client.

  • Parents are responsible for children under 18 years of age who have any dietary requirements.

Electric/e-bikes

  • Charging of e-bikes/batteries in the room is prohibited.

  • If charging is required, please contact the staff for instructions and information.

  • Use of your own electrical appliances is prohibited under penalty of a fine of CZK 50,000 (exception: personal hygiene products and mobile device chargers).

Liability for damage

  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property of the guesthouse.

  • The accommodation provider may request a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 in advance – this serves as a guarantee for the room equipment and a fine for violating the smoking ban.​

The guest is obliged to pay for the damage. In the event that a deposit has been paid and the accommodation provider's conditions are violated or the property is destroyed, the deposit will be deducted from the total damage

Accommodation with a dog

  • We only accommodate dogs after prior arrangement by phone.

  • They must always be on a leash in the premises.

  • They must not be left alone in the room.

  • Walking only outside the pension premises.

  • Bathing a dog in the shower, bathtub or hydromassage bath is prohibited (fine 5,000 CZK).

  • Sleeping a dog in a bed or on a sofa is prohibited (fine 5,000 CZK).

  • A technical bathroom is available for bathing a dog. You can obtain information from the staff.​

No open fire and smoking

  • Handling open fire is prohibited in the rooms.

  • The rooms are NON-SMOKING (also applies to balconies). Smoking is permitted only in a designated outdoor area.

Reception

  • If the receptionist is not present, it is possible to check in via the self-service reception.

  • The guest must present an identity document upon arrival.​

In the case of self-service accommodation, the guest solemnly declares that the information provided is true:

  • First and last name

  • Address of permanent residence

  • Travel document/identity card number

  • Duration of accommodation and purpose of stay

Payments

  • Payment in cash and by credit card

  • The guest is obliged to pay the full amount for accommodation and services in advance or at the latest upon arrival (unless otherwise agreed).

  • The guesthouse does not refund the financial difference in the event of shortening the stay.

  • Payment on invoice is possible (must be paid before arrival).

  • FKSP stays: If not used or transferred, they are subject to 100% cancellation.

  • Gift vouchers

  • Validity and use

  • Can only be used until the expiration date.

  • Purpose-bound vouchers can be used exclusively for the service or product for which they are intended.

  • Benefits and exchangeability

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

  • Terms of use, including validity, are stated directly on the voucher.

Dining

Breakfast (5:00 – 9:00)

  • Guests will determine the specific time of breakfast upon arrival.

  • Only for guests who have paid for breakfast.

  • Breakfast is served.

  • Can be canceled until 21:00 the previous day.

Dinner (18:00 – 20:00)

  • Guests will determine the specific time of dinner upon arrival.

  • We serve according to the menu selection.

  • Can be canceled until 12:00 on the given day.

⚠️ Taking food out of the restaurant is prohibited!

⚠️ Consuming your own food and drinks is prohibited in the restaurant and outdoor seating.

Aquarium

  • Room A1 has a unique view of the aquarium.

  • The view is not a paid service, the guest does not pay any additional fee.

  • In the event that the view is not possible, for example due to repair, maintenance, technical problems, quarantine, the guest is not entitled to any compensation, as the view of the aquarium is not a paid service.

  • Do not damage the protective glass of the aquarium.

  • It is allowed to take pictures without using a flash.

Cleaning

The guesthouse provides daily cleaning, if you do not want cleaning, please inform the reception.

  • Towels are changed every third day (only those left on the floor by the guest).

  • Bed linen is changed every 5 days.

Cancellation fees

  • Cancellation for no-show or cancellation of the reservation is 50% of the agreed accommodation price.

  • For 100% paid reservations, for example through Slevomat, Travelking, Corporate stays, the cancellation for no-show or cancellation of the reservation is 100%.

  • FKSP stays: Stays paid through FKSP that have not been used or postponed are subject to 100% cancellation.

  • A guest who has a direct reservation can postpone the stay once to another free date no later than 14 days before the stay.

Night peace

  • Nighttime quiet is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.​

Complaints​

  • Complaints must be resolved without delay at the reception.

  • Later complaints will not be accepted.​

Forgotten items

  • Guests must collect forgotten items within 14 days of the end of their stay.

  • After this period, we assume that forgotten items have zero value for the guest and can be disposed of.

Camera system

WARNING – THE AREA IS MONITORED BY A CAMERA SYSTEM

To ensure the safety of people and the protection of property, the area of ​​this restaurant is monitored by a camera system with recording.

Purpose of monitoring:

Protection of guests and employees

Prevention and detection of possible criminal activity

Ensuring safe operation

Record retention period:

Records are kept only for the necessary period, in accordance with legal regulations.

Camera system administrator:

The operator and administrator of the records is MONFI trend, s.r.o., which is responsible for their processing in accordance with applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

By entering this area, you acknowledge the monitoring by a camera system.

Personal data protection and camera system

Guests' personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding a contract.
